Legal and financial deadlines are often expressed in days rather than calendar months. A 30-day notice requirement, a 45-day response window, a 90-day warranty period, or a 180-day statute of limitations: these are all easier to track with a date calculator than by counting manually on a calendar.
This calculator counts all calendar days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If a contract requires a response within 10 business days, the actual calendar deadline could be anywhere from 12 to 16 days away depending on how many weekend days and holidays fall in that period.
